Rose Consulting was founded during the pandemic. We saw leaders struggling to adapt to the changes going on in the world and in corporate America.
We were impelled to help them manage their mindsets and successfully navigate the new landscape. Many of our clients began taking inventory of their lives and evaluating their priorities. Rose Consulting was founded
by Melissa Rose.
Melissa has dedicated her career to developing talent, optimizing organizational culture, and building high-performing teams. She is known for her individualized approach, her transformative insights, and her passion for helping leaders reach their full potential. In addition to her coaching services, Melissa is a strategic human resources consultant to clients in financial services, biotech and digital marketing.
As a former HR executive, Melissa has worked with hundreds of leaders across a vast array of industries including technology, marketing, advertising and media. She has worked in startups, publicly traded companies and family businesses. She has been a partner to leaders navigating professional transitions, including new roles, rapid business expansion, corporate downsizing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before launching her own business, Melissa was Chief People Officer for Jack Morton Worldwide where she led strategic talent management, organizational development and people operations for the global experiential marketing agency of 800 employees across 13 offices. She has been a member of nine executive teams. She was Vice President of Human Resources for Anaqua Software and has led HR teams for Amadeus IT Group, iProspect, ISM, Carat, and Hill Holliday. She has a BA in Psychology and lives west of Boston with her three sons.
